How can I book a shipment with Trillo Express?
You can book a shipment online through our website/whatsapp by filling in the pickup and delivery details, or by visiting your nearest Trillo Express service center. For corporate bookings, you can also contact our support team directly.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, absolutely! Enter your tracking or AWB number on our website to see real-time status updates of your shipment.
What items are restricted or prohibited from shipping?
Items such as explosives, flammable liquids, illegal substances, narcotics, live animals (excluding legal pet relocation services), firearms, and perishable items without proper packaging are prohibited. For a full list, please refer to our shipping policy.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the destination and service type selected.
Domestic Express: 2–5 working days
International Express: 4–7 working days
Remote locations or special shipments: Additional time may apply
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
